Shipping policy
- We ship orders using the most reliable and economic method of our choice based on size, value, and location. We use USPS, FEDEX and UPS for our shipping services.
- Currently, we only ship within the Continental USA.
- Please Note: All Oversized items and orders (total order size) will be shipped using our preferred shipping method no matter what service you select.
- P.O. Box Shipping is Not Permitted. Orders using P.O. Box addresses will be cancelled.
- Please Note: We DO NOT SHIP to APO/FPO Address or FREIGHT FORWARDERS. Orders using APO/FPO addresses will be cancelled.
- Due to the varying sizes of R/C products, some items and orders may require additional shipping charges. If so, we will contact you for the additional charges before we ship your order.
Shipping:
All shipping addresses will be verified before shipment. Any issues in verification may delay your shipment.
Although we may be processing orders, we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. There may also be random days through the year where aaamodelsupply.com is closed. Shipping will resume on the next open business day.
You will have several shipping options to choose from through United States Postal Service (USPS), FEDEX or United Parcel Service (UPS).
Your order will automatically add shipping insurance during checkout. Although it is automatically added, you have the option to decline the insurance. By unchecking this box, the buyer assumes all responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments made without shipping protection. In other words, once its leaves aaamodelsupply.com with the shipping carrier, buyer assumes all risk and responsibility for the package. We will provide necessary paperwork for you to make your claim, but it is the buyer who assumes all risk.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address by a shipping carrier. If a package says it has been delivered we will assume it has been delivered properly. Buyer is responsible to contact shipping service to locate a package. Most shipping companies scan a package when it is delivered so they will know exactly where it was delivered. If you believe the package was stolen, please contact your local authorities.
Pricing for shipping options will be presented before you finish your checkout. All the items in our store are weighed properly so when you check out, it will calculate shipping charges for you based on total order weight.
EXPRESS Shipping: (UPS 2 Day and other Express Services) There is no guarantee that express orders will go out the same day the order is placed. We will try our best, but it is not always possible to make happen. We can not Guarantee Delivery service and times and as such there are NO REFUNDS on express shipping services.
